Casa Quintero is a split level villa in the beautiful village of Yaiza in Lanzarote. The villa provides 500sq metres of living space and sits on a total plot of approximately 2500 sq metres.
The upper level features 3 double bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen. All these rooms have air-con. The master bedroom has its own en-suite with stand-alone bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom. In addition, there is a third bathroom on the upper level with cast-iron stand-alone bath, toilet and shower. The kitchen has all the usual appliances as well as 2 ovens for those planning to do a lot of home cooking. The kitchen also has a conservatory with seating for 8 which opens out onto the pool area and terrace.
The lower level features 3 bedrooms, a large dining area with seating for 16, a second kitchen and a bar with piano and table soccer table.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from La Antigua Escuela de Yaiza Art Center. A gym is available. The villa offers 4 bathrooms and a washer.

Wonderful villa
We had a wonderful family holiday in this very spacious and well equiped villa. Lots of different areas to chill out. Great facilities for family dining together. Within easy walking distance of a quiet picturesque village. Would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Geweldige villa
Wij hebben een onvergetelijke vakantie gehad met onze 4 kinderen met partners en kleinkinderen. Goed zwembad en voldoende buitenruimte. Genoeg ruimte in het huis, waar iedereen zijn privacy kan vinden. Groete keuken met echt alles wat je nodig hebt.
