Yachats is just a short drive away from attractions like Cape Perpetua, Heceta Head Lighthouse, and towns like Waldport. Right from the front steps, it's just a short walk to the beach, and downtown's restaurants, and shops. An EV charger means it's easy for guests with electric cars to stay charged during their visit.

Set upon a slope overlooking the bay, the Sunset Room has a direct view of the ocean through a set of French-style doors and a shared patio - excellent for glasses of wine at night, or cups of coffee in the morning.

The room itself offers a small kitchenette complete with a mini-fridge and a microwave, plus cable and WiFi to watch the morning news or connect with loved ones far away. At night, snuggle deep into a queen bed set into a nook in the wall, and enjoy reading on a lovely sofa while the sound of sea birds drifts through the windows.

Take some time alone, with your sweetheart, or with your dogs (up to two may join your for an additional nightly fee) to enjoy the salty sea air and the adorable ocean town of Yachats when you stay in this cozy beach cottage.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
