Located in XpuHa, home to the finest beach along the Riviera Maya, the house offers proximity to plenty of local attractions. Both Puerto Aventuras and Akumal are a mere five minutes away, while the beach (Considered the best beach at Riviera Maya) is just 1KM away (Beach Club access its included). Cancun Airport its 1hr away, Playa del Carmen and Tulum 15-20 min away. Our dedicated team ensures your comfort and a seamless stay. Complimentary housekeeping included in 6+ day stays (1day/week).
The space
This spacious house offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, complemented by a TV living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed . It can accommodate up to 10 guests, ideally 4-6 adults and 4-6 children.

Outside, the patio is ready furnished with an outdoor dinning table for 6, a small lounge area, and a pool to beat the tropical heat (4 chaise lounge in the pool area).

The house is very close from the club house, boasting a full gym and a semi-Olympic length pool.

A pleasant 3/4-mile stroll leads you to the Beach Club (Xalmar Beach Club), which is freely accessible to our guests.
