The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and gave us precise directions on which bus to take to our planned destination. We ordered an item online and had it delivered to the hotel and they accepted the parcel for us while we were out on a tour. We are very satisfied and had a pleasant stay.

We bring 3 kids and 3 seniors check in. The elevator at second floor. We need carry luggage use the stairs go there and road narrow. The kid fall down. So bad. First night our room air conditioner not working. In room temperature is 100 F. Call the front desk they send somebody but can’t fix it and no room to change. We need open the door let hall way cold air in. Even I sitting a chair and sleep in the hall way. Feel so bad again. There management bad. Look like no service training. Also breakfast area look bad too. Food come so slow. Everyone waiting for food . Need more people to help. We will not recommend people to go here again.

Hotel moderno in posizione comoda, non lontano dalla metropolitana, dal south gate per accedere alle mura della città e dalla Small Wild Goose Pagoda. Diversi ristoranti nei dintorni. Il personale è stato sempre molto disponibile. Ci ha anche preparato una colazione personalizzata visto che le colazioni offerte non ci avevano soddisfatto molto. Una menzione speciale per Jing Jing e Huan Huan che hanno curato il nostro soggiorno.

說是鐘鼓樓大唐不夜城店，其實距離很遠！ 我們連住六晚，第一晚房間充滿煙味，無法入睡！ 第二晚房門居然不能由內開啟，我們被關在房間內，太可怕！這飯店不推薦，雖然服務人員都很熱心而且很願意解決問題⋯⋯ 自助洗衣機也是個災難，只有三台，無數人等著洗衣服，遊玩後已經很累，還要守著排隊等著洗衣機空閒！ 還有烘衣機也是一樣，烘衣機還只有一台可以烘乾，其餘都是烘浪費時間的

Det är ett hotel enkelt men allt fyller sin funktion, sängen är skön och rummet är rent, det är prisvärt. Men det finns inte frukost buffé, man kan beställa sina smörgåsar och drink, men det är rätt enkel frukost.
