You will have complete access to this brand new spacious, bright and luxurious finished 3 bedroom PENTHOUSE, in the prehistoric village of Xaghra - Gozo, regarded by most as the crib of ancient civilisations and home of the world's oldest free standing monuments, the Ggantija Temples, which is a UNESCO World Heritage.
The space
This 240mt squared apartment features an open plan living room with a 55" TV, dinning room, kitchen and a sun terrance, over looking Marsalforn Bay, which doubles as outdoor dining area. Air-conditioning units are installed in the open plan spaces and all the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower. The first spare bedroom contains 2 single beds, while the other have a double bed. There is also a second main bathroom with a walk-in shower. A washing machine (and airing Terrance at the back of the property). Property was finished new in SEPTEMBER 2021.

A personal safe is provided for keeping your valuables secure. There is also a key lock box outside property, which can be accessed with a combination code on arrival.

Free WI-FI is also included. Water and electricity consumption carry no extra cost.

Free ample parking is available on the road, and an elevator which is easily accessable also for wheelchair.
Other things to note
You will for sure love Gozo the more rural, more authenti, little sister of Malta. Here no big citie, no traffic jams, just nature and calm.

The property is 15min drive from Mgarr Harbour, or else 32 min by public transport no. 322. Just 8 mins walk to all amenities including shops, restaurants bars, supermarkets and pharmacy.

While in Gozo must see attractions:
Ggantija Temples only 6 min walk and Il-Mithna Ta Kola 5 min walk from the property, Victoria and the Citadella, Ta Pinu Basilica, Marsalforn salt pans, Ramla Bay, Dwejra and Wied il-Milah andTa Cenc Cliffs., And you can also go Hiking and explore nature.

Things to do:
Car hire, diving and snorkeling lessons, hire of Quad bikes, Buggies, Bike hire or a tuktuk for a day, Jeep tours, Scooter tour or else visit Gozo by Bus. Boat trips to Comino and visit one of our most beautiful beach Blue Lagoon by Catamaran, Sailing boat or self drive boat for more privacy.
