Okay Room but misleading breakfast
The breakfast was less than optimal. There was hardly anything available to eat and we were there early. Although the breakfast was free, it should at least provide hot coffee and something simple (like muffins, toast, etc.)

Nothing outstanding about this property or my stay. It was conveniently located for my travel agenda and the cost was reasonable. We arrived late and left early. Breakfast was scant.

The service by the ladies and the maintenance guy was amazing. The tv didnt work, maintance guy fixed it. The heat didnt work in my room and the hot tub water was so slow i waited 45 mins and the bottem wasent even filled so skipped that.The guy that was there in the morning could do better. No lights on in the office and didnt say a word to me on check out. Just put out his hand. Definitely NOT worth the money. Had to sleep in my sweatshirt and long socks BUT the evening lady did bring me a nice blanket.

Asked for first floor room because of mobility issues. Given second floor room even after they verbally told me it was first floor. Some kind of dirt smeared along bed frame. Toilet was loose and felt like it may fall over. Breakfast very limited and OJ tasted old and sour.

When I checked in the girl gave me a room that was not ready and could have still been occupied. I immediately left and went back to the office . They did give me a room that was ready and I was happy with the room. It was clean , plenty of room and comfortable. I was surprised at how quiet the property was and that was very nice. The breakfast was sufficient. For the price I was happy with my stay and I would stay there again.

Not expecting the walford astoria, but we were in a non-smoking room, and I thought we were sleeping in an ashtray the smell was so bad. We didn't even stay the second night. We found friends nearby to stay with. They have four huge dogs, and that awful smell wasn't as bad as the cigarette smell.

Rooms smelled of moldy/musty/smoke, just bad. Dirty linens and towels. Clerk did give a good dinner suggestion. The person next to us had Covid and was isolating there. Did she tell staff? Other side you could smell the smoking and toking with door closed and wow when it opened. Breakfast not bad, but more protein options like eggs and sausage would help.

I didnt like that the lobby was separated from the rooms and you had to go outside and walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to my room. I was not informed of this prior to arrival. No elevator is available if you are carrying heavy luggage/items. I also was not informed that you dont get clean towels each day unless you go to the lobby to hand in the dirty ones and get clean ones. Had to inquire about clean towels to learn this. Breakfast was provided but food was awful.

I didn't like the amount of paperwork and fees charged. My account says I was charged twice for the security deposit. Must have signed up to 4 documents in order to get the key. To much.
