Location, cleanliness, good size room, lovely staff all but one receptionist who was to lazy to find me an extra pillow to support my broken arm through the night and lied about the availability by saying the hotel was full. On checking out other staff confirmed the hotel wasn't full and a pillow should have been available. Shame on that woman. However everything else was good.

The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly. Lovely clean room but very warm inside. Bed comfortable. We checked in but was told there was no bar open till 6pm as there was no staff which was disappointing.

Very comfortable bed, excellent food and great service. Lots of parking available, in a good location between Chester and Wrexham. Decent outside areas for good weather and very reasonably priced.
