Pool closed not notified in advance, no adjustment
The pool was closed for maintenance and I would have canceled had I known that ahead of time! I was traveling with my kids and four grand daughters and they wear in tears. When I asked for some kind of explanation or adjustment none was offered and I was told they could t do anything because I booked through a third party. I had laid up front and regret that now. This is a town I grew up in. So angry and disappointed. Soemthing should have been done. It was an expensive stay with only half the services!

Very clean inside and out. Linens were nice. One weird thing is that a food smell (not really pleasant) permeated the entire building; we were on the second floor. Breakfast was ok, nothing wrong with it, just average.

Super clean, staff very helpful, comfortable, excellent tv choices. My only quibble, and this wouldn’t be one for everyone, is that the blanket was so thin and light I felt like I just had a sheet on
