I did feel safe but a beach man that tried to hit on me and I told him I wasn’t interested also hit on other women in palm gardens also was trying to get money was allowed to stay I woke up one morning to the sound of knocking opened door he was right outside my door knocking on the guys door trying to get more money out of him he helped this man get his mobility scooter mended but wanted more and more money after the man had given him lots already I told him not to give him anymore and report to office he was very rude to me and made my stay very uncomfortable at night he would have his mates over and play loud music I’ve stayed in other places and never ever was aloud to have visitors unless you in form front desk felt very vulnerable and very uncomfortable with him walking around at all times I did report this and it still carried on was not a nice experience

Their exceptional hospitality and genuine care truly stood out—they made my evenings unforgettable with their fantastic service, great conversations, and infectious positivity. Every detail of my stay reflected thoughtfulness and care. The hotel itself is a haven of comfort and charm, but it’s the people that truly make it shine. Natasha’s welcoming smile and Fluffy’s fun, relaxed energy created an atmosphere that made it hard to leave. I genuinely felt like part of a family during my stay. Leaving the Palm Garden Hotel was bittersweet—I was sad to go but so thankful I’ve found my go-to hotel. We loved the location of this hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated having a coffee maker and toaster. We would definitely stay here again!
