There was no hot water and the tub wouldn't drain. We informed staff of both issues and the drain was fixed, but nothing could be done about the water. We spent 2 cold water nights and then went to a different hotel.

"Call this hotel before you book". Sch. active
The hotel was sold out due to a large group of school sports teams. The parking was very limited and rather confusing since a different hotel seemed to share the same parking area as ours. The $15.00 parking fee was only mentioned at check in.The room was clean but the microwave is basically on the floor. The TV was dificult to figure out for us senior citizens. The windows were facing directly across the other guests rooms so the curtains had to remain closed. The food was not hot, and the one available microwave oven should have been located closer to the serving area. There was no fruit available to eat with the breakfast.

We were giving this place a 2nd chance But the same issues. The room was filthy Trash on the floor, food and toy wrappers Jacket in the closet Sheet were scratchy and mattress was terrible

Jumped so high when unfolded bathmat to find a 10 hairball like from the drain. Wasn't sure if it was a mouse or gigantic spider! Front desk asked me to email photo to share with Housekeeping Got a handwritten apology note and a bunch of free snacks to make it right and appreciated it. Their breakfast was fabulous all during my four night stay. I would stay there again!

This hotel is excellent…clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable. We stay here whenever we are in Worcester. The clerk at the front desk was especially helpful in locating our Hilton Honors account so that we could check in early.
