Woolacombe is a very popular family resort ideal for a relaxing beach holiday or for active pursuits such as surfing the Atlantic waves, horse riding, and walking the coastal paths in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. An great base for holidays with the family or friends and with easy access for those with restricted mobility including a good sized wet room with a large level access to power shower in gated enclosure. Two bedrooms.  The Exmoor National Park and the Victorian harbour town of Ilfracombe are just 20 minutes drive.

Very pretty professionally maintained, clean and comfortable. Well stocked apartment with good communications. If I have to nitpick, the bedroom looks over the courtyard and has thin curtains, so we couldn't change in the room. Also the neighbours kept waking up late night (I mean after midnight) and switching on the hallway light which flooded into our main bedroom and disrupted our sleep. If you install thicker curtains in the room it should solve for privacy and any disturbance from lights switched on in the hallway.

Very good property but the heating was on all times too warm in property seating was terrible especially the dining chairs and the checkout time of nine o clock is unbelievable.too early for someone as ourselves being pensioners and mobility issues.but the location very good and peaceful.
