Great getaway
Loved the house, very clean and well stocked. Everything we needed was there. Had fun fishing from the dock, and watching the wildlife. Mama dee r with her twins walked thru the path almost every day, as did another deer. Saw a fox also. loons sang every day for us. just the relaxation we needed. Thanks for sharing you house.

weekend getaway
The property could use some work . Needs a deep cleaning and some basic upkeep . Many personal items in the house , too many tchotchkes .We used the fire pit , the chairs around it were dirty , glad that we had brought our own . The owner also lives next door , and has a shop on the other side of the house , and was back and forth between the two properties , did not bother us , but felt a little like you were being watched . Overall this is a nice space just needs a little tlc .

Outside Lighting
We found the property to be clean and nice. Please pass on that the front door lighting was not working. We found that to be unsafe. Additionally, packing the truck up in the dark was difficult. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Nice stay near Minocqua
We were up for a few days of fishing, and enjoyed our stay. The house is in a very handy location, in quiet area of the woods (deer wandered by the back deck daily) but only minutes from town. The checkin was simple, communication was good, and the place was quite clean and pretty well outfitted (I wish they had provided towels). Having the garage available was useful, and plenty of parking.

The house is a home. It is beautiful and comfortable. We saw deer every day outside the window. The beds were very comfortable. Our hosts were wonderful and attentive if we needed anything. Great place to get away.

Above & Beyond
This property was everything it was presented to be, and more. Talk about cosy! Some places you rent are like staying in a museum ... spare, empty, and uninviting. The Hideaway felt like home. It just pulls you in. Great hanging-around areas, super well stocked kitchen, and WiFi as strong as an ox. The frosting on the cake for us was the excellent communication between the property manager and us. Very friendly, very prompt and very accommodating. Could not have asked for a nicer stay. Thank you!!

Beautiful house and property
The house was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. It was set up for our younger children and plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We also saw lots of wildlife from the house. Very kind hosts!

Brandy Bay - Such a nice stay!
This two story home had everything we needed and more to have a clean, comfortable stay for our family of 7! Everything was stocked from the kitchen, to games, to TV's with videos, a large whirlpool tub by the master bedroom, etc. The shared pier (with the owners) was brand new and we had a canoe, kayak and a rowboat to use. We swam in the lake a few times, then opted to try both the Brandy Lake Beach and Minoqua Beach (Torpy Beach) as well,. Each swimming option was a little different, giving variety to the choices. There were two fire pits, one by the home and one a short walk by the lake/pier. It is a nicely wooded area and that helped to keep the home cool, as there isn't air conditioning. The lower floor stays very cool with the Master bedroom as it is partially underground. All in all, a great place for you family or friends. We met the owners, and they were such wonderful people as well. Definitely would consider coming back!
