에어컨 고장 대처 미흡
에어컨 작동이 안 되어 불편한데도 계속 호텔측 입장맛 주장하고 기다려보라고 한 뒤 뒤늦게 방을 교체해 주어 몹시 불쾌했습니다.

대 만족 호텔입니다.
댓글에 방음이 되지않고, 담배냄새가 심하게 베어있다고 해서 망설였는데 아침식사가 좋다고 해서 결정했다. 그런데 디럭스룸이어서인지 조용하고 깨끗하고 금연구역이었다. 가격대비 너무 훌륭하였다. 다음에 방문하고 싶은 호텔이다.
