Summary:
This modern townhome features a sleek design and bright interiors, filled with natural light, ideal for unwinding in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Perfectly positioned in a quiet, family-friendly street in Shellharbour Village, it’s just moments from the vibrant Town Centre, offering restaurants, cafés, a boat harbour and an ocean pool. Plus, it’s only a short stroll to the stylish Waterfront Marina precinct and the picturesque Shellharbour South patrolled beach.

The Space:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven and all the amenities you need to cook in style and luxury in your holiday home away from home. The courtyard is completely enclosed with a Weber Q gas BBQ and a great spot to sit, relax and entertain family and friends. This downstairs space is also equipped with a powder room, and a laundry which can be accessed through the garage.
The home accommodates up to 8 guests with the following bed arrangements: 2 Queen Beds, 2 Single Beds, and 1 Queen size Sofa Bed located in the upstairs lounge room. Please note that the sofa bed will not be pre-made, but if you choose to use it, you can find sheets, pillows, and a doona in the linen cupboard within the same space.

The entire property including the garage. The house is located down a battleaxe driveway on the left hand side of the property.

The Neighborhood:
Shellharbour Village is a sought-after location and community that provides everything you need within a short walk or drive. The Village has much to offer including; Town Centre with shops, restaurants and cafes, Ocean Beach
Hotel, South Beach, the boat harbour, ocean pool, cycle and walking tracks, Little Park and just down the road The Farm Beach, Killalea Regional Parklands, the Waterfront Marina, The Shellharbour Club, Stockland Shopping Centre and the Movie Precinct. Shellharbour Junction train station is just down the road. Wollongong is only 20kms away, 8 minutes to Kiama, 15 minutes to Jamberoo Action Park and a 1 hour drive to the Southern suburbs of Sydney. The Shellharbour Airport with regular flights to Melbourne and Brisbane is located in nearby Albion Park.

Getting Around:
Our closest train station is Dunmore station and buses run regularly along Addison Street in Shellharbour.

Other Things to Note:
Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise party policy. Our home is situated in a tranquil neighborhood with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

We can be contacted at all times when required and have an emergency contact as well.
