All the units have been recently refurbished, so I enjoyed a lovely new bathroom, comfortable new bed anda beautifully spotless room. I would highly recommend the motel.

This is an old traditional style motel, ask for a room at the back where the stream is, it’s lovely and green and quiet and there is some picnic tables This isn’t a flash hotel but it is super convenient to the Win Entertainment centre and the Princes Highway

Room not acceptable changed to another which had not been cleaned from previous tenants smelt and dirty, moved to another room for night, had to re move to previous room after it had been cleaned, but still smelt of sewage, cleaners also don’t do crockery.

CHRISTMAS 2022 NIGHTMARE. We had seen previous reviews on the Inn saying it was tired, but hey we were only staying overnight and wouldn’t be occupying the room for too long. Whilst the accommodation is very standard (old), what we found were BED BUGS. Our daughter was bitten extensively. There is not one limb of her body that has not been bitten. Whilst we contacted the Inn and they advised they would spray, no effort was made to reimburse the nights cost or pay for the medical/pharmaceuticals purchased to attend to the bites. WARNING- DO NOT STAY THERE. There are other motels in Wollongong which will be safer to stay at.

Kitchenette lacked basic crockery & cutlery (but was readily supplied on request), then did not have facilities to wash them. No soap in shower. Tiles loose on the floor. Tiny room. The whole place had a run-down feeling. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Location was very good for our purposes.
