Enjoy a lovely morning walk along the quiet street popping into the little secret lookout over Stanwell Park Beach.

This amazing property is set within minutes to many of the region's attractions and being directly adjacent to Tumbling Waters wedding Retreat, it is ideal for those wanting their own space while attending events. Two mins will also get you to the The Tops Conference Centre.

A 3 minute’s drive to the famous Bald Hill lookout where you can get breakfast or lunch from the Cafe and watch the seemingly still postcard view and be enamoured by the hang-gliders, or simply the trains snaking their way around the mountainous terrain.

The Garden View Apartment is. also 4 minute’s drive to the beginning of the Otford entrance to the Royal National Park for the famous Coastal Walk and Figure 8 Pools, 4 minutes to Stanwell Park Beach, or you may wish to continue driving the Grand Pacific Drive over Sea Cliff Bridge and stop at one of the many oceanfront pubs / restaurants from The Imperial at Clifton all the way to Thirroul. The popular Wodi-Wodi track is also at the end of the street

Symbio Wildlife Park and Sri Venkataswara Temple is also just 3 minutes up the road. Swimming, surfing, hang gliding, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, paintball and bushwalking are all accessible within a 5 km radius.

Local shopping is also just a few minute’s drive away with Coles at Helensburgh, a local butcher and bakery and bottle shop, as well as a service station. Wollongong or Sutherland is a 20-minute drive via the M1. There are amazing restaurants and cafes in Helensburgh and Stanwell Park for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All just a 5 mins drive from your doorstep.

The Apartment features a full kitchen, full bathroom, complete with claw foot bath, Sheridan bedding and bath ware, air conditioning, 55” OLED Smart TV with Netflix in the kitchen, a 65" Hi-Sense smart TV in the bedroom and an outside TV in the indoor / outdoor area. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and built-in wardrobe with safe.

Ideally the apartment is designed and built purely for couples only but the Indoor outdoor area has two sofas that fold out into queen and double beds accomodating for 4 extra guests. The space also comes complete with a marble coffee table, external TV, four-seat marble dining table, multiple sun-beds for soaking up the sun or shade, dual sleeping bags or full linens, quilts and pillows for the fold out beds can be located in the bedroom closet.

The Apartment comes complete with a full kitchen featuring electric cook top, sink, a multi-function microwave featuring air-fry, grill and oven modes. The room also boasts a coffee machine, teas, instant coffee, cutlery, water and a fridge stocked with sparkling mineral water.
