Welcome to our comfortable and welcoming unit named Cosy Comfort @ Primbee, where a comfortable and informal style of accommodation awaits singles, couples, small families, and workers seeking a comfortable stay who are always welcome.

Accommodating up to 4 guests, our cosy unit features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and a well-appointed bathroom with both bath and shower facilities. Families with infants can hire a porta cot and highchair upon request (subject to availability).

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra, as there is no charge, issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.

Air conditioning in all rooms guarantees comfort year-round.

The newly installed kitchen, though compact, is equipped with essentials including dish washer, Aldi coffee machine, microwave, fridge, stove and cooking utensils while a Smart TV offers entertainment options. Linens, including sheets and bath towels, are provided as part of your stay. Please bring your own Beach towels.

Washing machine in covered area in back yard for guests use. (no dryer but clothesline for use).

For added convenience, a digital lock system ensures seamless entry without the hassle of key collection.

Your safety is our priority, with a single external security camera positioned for monitoring, respecting your privacy and security concerns.

Garage is not for guests use but there is plenty of free parking at property.

Family-friendly spots like Warilla and Windang beaches, as well as Reddall Reserve, boasting inclusive play areas, a ninja exercise park, ziplines, and scenic spots perfect for picnics, BBQs, and leisurely strolls.

A short distance away, Warrawong Plaza presents a plethora of entertainment options including a movie theater, cafes, restaurants, and various shops, including Coles, Woolies & Aldi.

Nestled in close proximity to the renowned Port Kembla Golf Course, enthusiasts can indulge in a round of golf or partake in family-friendly activities such as the driving range and mini-golf. Southern Illawarra boast rainforest walks, beaches, water activities, Jamberoo Action Park, A-Class Golf Courses, Shellharbour Marina, movies theatres, Nan Tien Temple, Museums, nearby Wineries, fishing, bowling kids Science Centres, Sky & Scuba Diving and so much more is on offer. Hire a push bike or bring your own to explore the surroundings!

Just a brief drive away from Cosy Comfort lays Illawarra Yacht Club, where delicious meals await amidst a welcoming atmosphere including a indoor kids playground, while only 6 mins away Port Kembla Beach beckons with its pristine sands and surf club amenities. The surf club is perched on the high fore dune, overlooking the northern end of Port Kembla Beach, the longest in the Wollongong area at 6.6 kilometres. The club is complemented by a large car park next door. There is also a large Olympic pool on the northern rocks. The beach is patrolled from the end of September to the end of April.

This property has a separate fully contained three-bedroom unit FOR RENT that is UPSTAIRS (1 king, 1 double and 2 x single) if you want to bring those extra family members. *** Pets considered if both properties are rented as a whole. This is considered on an individual basis.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies or Events" or under 21 years and under groups. Under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking.

NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on the Fair-Trading website. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. NO mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties. motorbikes, quadbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

For longer term stays beyond one month (4 weeks) if there is excessive electricity use, a claim will be made through VRBO/Stayz for reimbursement for user usage for the time of staying at property.

We will deem what is claimable and excessive for the term of the stay. Illawarra Holiday Accommodation will reach out to guest BEFORE making claim through VRBO/Stayz to discuss with guest with the expectation this can be sorted out in the first instance.
