I was looking for a pet friendly hotel that was close to everything. This was perfect! I brought my family along with our dog. It was an amazing stay. From check-in to check out, things went very smooth. We ended up getting the Noah’s ark Waterpark passes. My kids and family had such an amazing time. Also went to knuckleheads indoor amusement park & arcade. That was also pretty awesome. Loved the mini golf, the rope climb, bumper cars, go karts etc. You can literally walk over to knuckleheads from the Staybridge hotel. The hotel offers continental breakfast 630-930, cocktail hour; free wine, beer and snacks from 530 to 7pm. The pool was small. It smelled extremely chlorinated, but we did not take a dive in as we were doing other activities on the property. The outside has a courtyard. There is a basketball court where my eight-year-old played basketball outside, there is also a fire pit and a gas barbecue grill where you can grill. I do plan on staying at Staybridge again when we return. This will be my go to place to stay every time! 2 queen bed suite, pull out sofa bed, full refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen, etc. the property is also well maintained. We parked the car and walked to subway. I cannot stress enough how much my family enjoyed this stay. We have zero complaints and I’ve also bragged about my stay, the amenities and, the employees to other family and friends. Thank you Staybridge, for your hospitality and making this trip safe & wonderful for myself & my family!

People were in the halls at all hours of the night, outside the doors of the entrance loud and blocking the entrrance, felt very unsafe and not family friendly. Staff did nothing to get the crowds of people under control. Not a good stay for the price I paid for this suite.

We stayed a week. For the most part it was very nice. Normal hotel. Clean. Breakfast is ok. Would be nice if it was changed more often. Same food pretty much every day. Oh and someone at the desk keyed someone else room key card wrong so they walked into our room. That wasn’t very pleasant. The pool water is very chlorinated and a bit to cold. Nice location.

Our room was neat and clean . Great location. The only complaint was our bathroom sink would not drain. Front desk said it could not be fixed because it was the weekend and they did not have a maintenance person on. Otherwise great place to stay . I will stay there again.

We had a great 3 night stay. Our room was clean and hotel amenities were very good for kids. The only thing is that I wished there were more breakfast options and organization (ie. Long waiting lines for making waffles).

Looks like a nice hotel until you go inside!
We waited over an hour to get checked in to our room all because the front desk lady fell asleep in the back office. A family let us into the hotel so that we didn’t have to continue standing outside waiting for someone to help us, so we waiting at the front desk, we could hear the lady snoring in the back room. We kept calling out and knocking on the desk but she wouldn’t wake up until the other family who helped us into the building started yelling as a last resort and she finally woke up and walked to the front. She was pretty rude. Unapologetic. I told her we had children in the car who were very tired and cranky and we had been waiting for over an hour for someone to help us into our room and she did not care. The next day my brother fell on a wet floor. I guess they mopped and he didn’t know because there were no wet floor signs and none of the workers came to check on him to see if he was okay or helped him off the floor. Due to being embarrassed that everyone just looked at him and ignored him he just came back to the room. The room did not look clean. The kitchen floors were very sticky. You could tell someone spilled something and it was never mopped. The bathrooms were the same way. Beds were made but you could tell the bedding was not washed. Still had some hairs and lint stuck to them so we did not sleep under the covers. Thankfully we bring our own mini to go cleaning supplies and blankets due to this very reason. Food was bland and dry. 0 out 10 stars.
