This Lakeside Serenity Condo at Lighthouse Cove overlooks a beautiful winter wonderland of Lake Delton, with 2nd and 3rd floor patios allowing for views that just don’t stop! Ideally located near many winter activities that the Dells area has to offer, including two ski hills, tubing hills, cross country ski trails, ice fishing, skating, and a network of some of Wisconsin’s finest snowmobile trails. When you need to get warmed back up, or if playing in the snow isn’t for you, we offer many indoor activities including the onsite indoor pool and hot tub just steps away, many great restaurants with a fireplace roaring, concert halls, shopping, and of course the indoor water parks! This large 2 bed & 2 bath condo is perfect for a family winter getaway, friends reconnecting, or a couple’s trip. The two-story condo provides many advantages over a single-level space, including creating quiet areas for children or guests looking to relax.
The condo is beautifully decorated and has comfortable beds & Smart TV’s for relaxing after a long day playing in the Dells! You will enjoy the kitchen that is complete with all the essentials and more and is completely open to the dining and family rooms. The condo has an indoor pool and hot tub for your enjoyment throughout winter, along with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy dinner and drinks poolside. In the summer you can also use the private beach, outdoor pool/hot tub, and you can fish from the docks. If you are bringing your boat or renting a boat while in the Dells, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability).

Guest access: A smart lock allows for contactless arrival and departure. Someone from Destination Dells can respond in an emergency. Guests have access to everything except the sauna and gym which are reserved for the owners at Lighthouse Cove only.
Lighthouse Cove is a mixed-use neighborhood consisting of full-time residents, weekenders, and rental units. It is in a quiet spot on the lake but just a couple blocks from the excitement of the Wisconsin Dells Pkwy.

Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests.
Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules:
Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. Only the guests staying in a unity may use the amenities such as the beach, pools, and patios.
Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons.
Parking. Guests may park only one vehicle building-side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area.
Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.
Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one by the grills.
Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep the docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may not be kept in #32 overnight.
Person on reservation must be 21 years old or needs to be preapproved by host.
Smoking, pets, and excessive cleaning will result in financial penalties and/or eviction.
