MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to SIX (6) persons. Please be upfront about the number of guests in your reservation. We operate on a very transparent basis and desire the same from our guests. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund. With that said, feel free to invite friends and family to hang out, have dinner, or enjoy the amenities.

No bachelor or bachelorette parties. We are happy to recommend some nearby properties/hotels but we are not a good fit for these types of occasions.

Late/Emergency Cancellations -- Please be advised: the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancelations made 1) for non-refundable bookings 2) on or after the date specified in the cancelation policy.
