Staff was very accommodating and helpful. I had a noisy neighbor and they gave me another room. They also let me check in sooner than standard check in time. This is the best customer service I have had in a really long time.

Some real problems with this place, I have never been to a hotel or motel where there were no plastic cups provided for guest use. Is this a consequence of inflation, or an attempt to be green? Either way, we were not prepared for it. The other problem is that the breakfast provided was quite lacking. The waffle batter was minimal and it took a call to the front desk to get more.

Pretty nice. Low room demand this time of year and there were plenty of empty rooms. Of course, I had noisy neighbors placed in the room next door. Shower looked nice, but had no shower curtain.
