No power at check in. Power came back on after 4pm. They are forcing me to try and get a refund from expedia. Pool also not filled so false advertisement. It’s dump!

Noise all night long. Seems like this was a housing unit for homeless or refugee people, would sure be nice to find out before booking. Too many seedy types living in hotels.

On our way to Minnesota
First impression I was not impressed when we pulled up. The hotel needs a definite upgrade. It looks old and dingy. There is no elevator and the stairs are dark and narrow. There was a used towel hung on the back of the bathroom door and the mirror in the room was dirty.

We had bites from some type of bug the nexted morning there was a shock behind the bathroom door the room smelled horrible and everyting was stained, i would love a refund immediately

There was a underwear from another person on the floor. The toliet was inadequate, you had to hold the handle down until the tank was empty in order for it to flush. You also needed to do this 2 or 3 times in order for it to work. The weeds on the grounds look like they have not been taken care of all summer.

The staff was excellent and the room had what we needed. The towels were actually great for hotel towels. That was the best thing about the hotel.
