Very clean and comfortable room, nice amenities as the fully stocked kitchen supplies if I were to want do some cooking of food. Just wish I would have known about the resort fee when I was booking my stay since there was no mention of there being one, also no mention that the indoor water park was a pitcher of a pitcher of a shared waterpark with a different resort. That was connected to my hotel. Also the free WIFI seemed to block some websites that I need to search for my work research.

Our suite was great! We loved it being attached to the waterpark and not having to actually leave. The staff were friendly, very helpful and attentive. I loved the text feature to ask questions when needed as well. Our suite was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more.

The pillows in the room were horrendous. My neck was hurting the entire trip. I did love how there is a skywalk to the water park but the park was very dirty. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was asked daily about doing a timeshare presentation and they were relentless. I started to get inpatient continuously telling them no.

I wish they would specify better on which hotel that you are staying at because they have so many I loved the room it was spacious and clean. I communicated with the front desk through text, which was very convenient. The only problem I had was getting lost, trying to get back to my room. I stopped and asked a couple of the workers that was outside of a room looking at videos on a phone she gave me the wrong directions, and I ended back up on the floor that I originally was on. I told her that was not the right way she started being very rude I could not understand what she said her name was because I did ask it sounded like it started with a S she has a accent. I was just asking for help there was no reason to be rude.

Overall was a nice time. Our room started off with wasp flying around out of no where but maintenance responded quickly to fix the issue. Was able to enjoy comfortably after that. Room that we got was really spacious and nice. Waterpark was interesting. Theme park was nice as well. Definitely will visit again.

The front desk staff were amazing:friendly and helpful. The room, however, did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The bathroom sinks had dust and hair all over the countertops ,and in the jet tub. There was also a sticky brown glob of something adhered to the bottom of the tub. Seeing that made me wonder about the cleanliness of everything else not so visible to the eye. There was also an issue with a piece of the floor trim sticking up in the kitchen area that left a painful scrape on the bottom of my foot. Luckily no cut though. All in all we had fun, but I wouldnt stay here again because basic hygiene is important to me!

Great accommodations for a family vacation. Large rooms that have two bedrooms, living area and a small kitchen area with a full size refrigerator. There is almost no need to go out to eat as kitchen is stocked with most cookware. It is within walking distance to the water park and easy to come and go between the two.
