Good air conditioning. New and clean. Lower stars because the lamp by the bed didn’t work and our key cards didn’t work so the receptionist had to use his master key. This meant we couldn’t leave the room. They gave us no discount

The front desk gave me a room that had already been given to someone else. I walked in, saw a wallet and keys, looked to the bed and saw a head. It was disturbing and potentially dangerous. This person’s sleep was not disturbed apparently. What if it had been a trigger-happy weapon carrier? I have traveled frequently in my life and this has never happened before. It was midnight and too late to make other arrangements or I would have.
