Nab first chair and lay first tracks each morning, then stash your gear in the large front entry area before heading over to the resort itself, about a mile away, for après ski at any of several restaurants and bars. More options, plus shopping and other amenities, are about three miles north in downtown Winter Park.

At the home itself, you’ll find a cheerful, mountain-modern vibe, with stylish, colorful furnishings, pine-paneled walls, and an open layout. Pop into the sleek kitchen, boasting a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and make some mealtime magic, then serve up your culinary creations at the adjacent dining table.

After a day on the slopes, relax at home with a little streaming TV or a board game while the in-home washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. The night ends in any of three snug bedrooms, and you’d best call it an early night - you don’t want to miss first chair tomorrow.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
