It's also within walking distance of public hunting grounds and located at the heart of Tuscobia Trail, where endless ATV and snowmobile adventures await.

Step outside, The Blue Bungalow with its private dock, ideal for your boat. A convenient boat landing is just a 5-minute drive away. The lake is perfect for swimming and offers excellent fishing opportunities. Kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. This is a 715-acre Class A1 musky lake, teeming with panfish and bass as well. Wildlife enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to elk hangout spots just up the road.

The bungalow features an open floor plan with two bedrooms on the lower level, each furnished with comfortable queen beds. The upper level boasts an open loft with three built-in full beds. The upper-level full beds are best suited for a single adult or two children under 12. This loft area provides a charming space for games and leisure, with various board games available for your enjoyment.
