Everything was great, i was surprised on the cleanliness and the staff was all friendly. The reason for 4 stars is because they can use better shower heads. Everything else was perfect and i will stay here again.

The property was super clean and all of the staff super friendly. I got a great night's sleep. The hotel is also centrally located close to everything that I needed to get to. I would definitely stay there again.

Checkout time co Pared to other hotels which is noon, here at this property is a 11AM. Highly unusual. I was on a business call and the cleaners were snarky when I told them that I was on a call and will be done in about 15 mins.

The property, room and staff were all top notch. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen at any hotel. The pool was clean and warm. My only complaint is that every night the parking lot turns into a night club. Taking my kid to the pool in the evening we had to deal with people at the tables drinking smoking pot and partying at all hours. It's a little ridiculous that the hotel let's that go on to such an extent considering most of the guests are with kids and family. I have no problem with people having a good time, but having to walk my kid thru clouds of pot smoke every time we went outside isn't cool at all.

I was very impressed with this property, I wasn’t expecting much and I would say it is equivalent to the Marriott across from Legoland at a much better rate! Better than these two, in Winter Haven, only the Legoland Hotel.
