The receptionist was very nice. Everything was clean and the breakfast was actually really good. It’s so close to Legoland will be returning here on our next Legoland trip for sure.

We stayed here as a last minute option when our original hotel fell through. It was so clean breakfast was excellent stuff was friendly and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to legoland Florida.

My family and I loved our recent stay at the Best Western in Winter Haven. We got a great night's sleep and were fully refreshed the next day. Bonus was the awesome breakfast provided by the staff. The kids went gaga over the freshly made pancakes!

It was pretty good. The staff were super kind. However, the bathroom had not been cleaned well at all. There were black hairs in multiple spots of the bathroom. Some were so big I’m shocked that they were missed. The rest of the room seemed pretty clean though.
