2. Please note guest is responsible to take the trash/ recycling bins to the curb for collection. Garbage/Recycling days are posted on the refrigerator
4. Although a starter pack of essentials is provided, this will be a self-catering house.

-The Guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older
