I thought that the property was clean, and pretty well maintained. I don't typically write anything as excellent because then it would have to be perfect, so giving four stars is very good in my opinion. I appreciated the many towels and places to sit in the pool area, but I was not fond of always having to find a front desk person to come and turn the lights on every time we went into the pool area. Plus, the sauna switch made a weird noise when we turned it on so we turned it back off and didn't use the sauna. The room was nice but I did not feel it was worth the amount we paid for it. It was a standard two-bed room.

The room could’ve gotten cleaned better mini fridge was gross and find trash under pull out bed the bathroom mirrior and under counter floors were not cleaned well. Dust on decor and top of bathroom mirrior….makeup remover wipe missing, couldn’t get change from front desk!

Very friendly staff, nice pool for kids. The room was not deeply cleaned. Lots of dust, stained mattress in the pull out couch which we needed to use. Very cheap uncomfortable mattresses with thin mattress protection pads- felt like cheap motel mattresses. This hotel needs some updating for how nice the staff and facilities are the rooms should reflect that. Our shower also would not drain quick and would back up quickly to standing water during the shower. We also could hear people opening and shutting their curtains next door or above us and could hear people urinating above us in their bathroom. While during our stay the night it WAS quiet, just be aware if you get a loud neighbor you will hear everything.

Our team stayed here over the weekend of Nov 1-3. We liked the quiet hours rule at 10pm because we had early games. We also like that the hotel promptly dealt with the other team staying there when their players were running the halls and knocking on doors. We appreciate the quick attention to that. The pool area was great and the attached restaurant with a lunch buffet was great for the team! Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Hotel rooms were clean. Thermostat is extremely outdated and the bed and pillows are 5 years past their prime. For $200 a night I would hope to not be sleeping on motel 6 quality bed and pillows.

Great location. But would not stay here based on proximity to the restaurant next door as it was full of fruit flies. Property and staff were fine. You must have the sign on your door to request your room be made up by 10:00 a.m. or must forgo it for the day. Maybe they told us and I forgot but I don't recall that. Otherwise it's a fine place to stay.
