Welcome to our cozy and charming guest house studio suite in the heart of Wolseley! Our suite is the perfect retreat for solo travellers or couples looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Step inside and be greeted by our thoughtfully decorated and fully equipped studio suite. Unwind in the hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the seasonal pool (available from May to September), surrounded by lush greenery and old trees that canopy over the streets.

Enjoy the convenience of our BBQ area and the outdoor seating area. And when it's time to retire for the night, snuggle up in the comfortable queen-size bed.

Our guest house studio suite also comes with a seasonal parking spot, so you don't have to worry about finding a place to park and plug in your car during cold winter months. Summer parking is on the front street.

I highly recommend this VRBO for location and environment! It was exactly as photos and information portrayed. Lane is a great host and very accommodating, Pool and hot tub are a definite plus, especially in hot weather. Suite has everything one could want. I would definitely book this again!

Charming location
Lane is a responsive, kind, and responsible host! The pool is great! The neighborhood is my favorite Winnipeg neighborhood - lots of shade trees and charming homes and sidewalks and a convenient location. One minor note is that I hadn’t realized the apartment is up a flight of stairs. Not a problem but better to know ahead of time. Definitely would stay there again!

Refreshing Retreat
I had an amazing stay at this oasis in Wolseley!! It was the perfect location, walking distance to almost everywhere I needed to go. The suite was tidy, comfortable, roomy, and had wonderful air conditioning. The patio, pool and hot tub were fantastic!! The pool deck was perfect for lounging on those hot summer days. My host was excellent! Great communication, quick to solve any issues I was having. He went above and beyond to make my stay incredible!! The yard was bursting with flowers and plants, giving a jungle vibe. It didn't even feel like I was in a city!! The neighbourhood was safe and friendly, with families stopping in for a quick dip to cool off. This gorgeous oasis was a perfect place for me to have a restful retreat! I will definitely stay again!!
