Hello: we asked for a room on main floor due to mobility issues. It seemed like a challenge to accommodate this simple request, even though it was requested weeks ago. We were told only the day of would this be looked into. The electric plugs did not work in room where lamp, coffee, etc were. Floor was cold and needed deep cleaning, as our feet were collecting debris. Brought the issue of no electricity for coffee in the space provided and were advised by front desk at check out, that coffee and apple provided in lobby. I stated, I didn’t know this was offered at time of check in as we drink coffee in the morning.

After a long day of travel while checking in there were a couple teenage girls who were very loud & noisy running and acting out in the lobby area. They were asked to settle down a few times but they ignored the request of the ladies working the desk. Check in took a while as there were a lot of other customers also checking in due to west-jet flights being changed. They to looked annoyed with the way these girls were acting
