I chose this hotel as I was going to a concert at the Canada Life Centre, which was on the next block over and connected to the hotel by a skyway, which made it very convenient. The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the restaurant closes at 8:30PM and is also understaffed, which made the service quite slow. The people who were working there were not the problem as it was obvious they were working very hard but there simply weren't enough of them.

Very little parking options in Parkade - seems they have reserved spots for other companies outside of guests. Great staff!! Some renos and upgrades needed to continue to compete with other hotels - main reason we stay here is it's right beside Bell Centre.

The Radisson Downtown Winnipeg was a comfortable location to stay at during our concert visit. The room could have used a couch / loveseat to fill up some of the empty space in the room.

I was charged extra for a room upgrade per night times two nights, I got to room, no chair. Some maintenance guy wheels in an office computer chair. Sad. Also an upgrade but no microwave in room also. Not only should I not have to pay more, I should be getting a partial refund.
