The parking lot is super small we had to park across the street in the mall parking lot. Then around midnight there was several trucks that were doing donuts in the mall lot and they were very loud! Heard them on the 5th floor!

When it comes to this hotel. The wheelchair accessible rooms are quite spacious. Though the bed was quite lumpy but besides that, very accessible room.

On the only day I didn’t have to get up early, I was awaken to what felt like I was in the middle of a war zone! There was an incredibly loud screeching sound with flashing lights! The sound was so loud and painful it was causing pain to my ears and giving me a headache quickly. Then people knocking at my door requesting to inspect my room only moments later. Totally disgusted that the management at Hilton hotels have no regard for their guests to provide zero notice of conducting a fire alarm test. It might be mandatory to do such test but absolutely ridiculous that no notice was provided. Totally foreseeable that this test could cause someone with borderline health or autism to experience a much worse if not fatal experience.

This hotel is very beautiful and very close to parking. It is in a convenient location but you must make sure not to leave anything in your vehicle. I read about the break ins before booking. We did wake up to our truck tail gate down, but we did not leave anything there. This is within walking distance to the outlet mall Mcdonalds, and iHop. It's very close to a lot of good shopping. The bathroom doors need to be replaced. They arent damaged, but you can see into the bathroom with the 1 inch gap from the sliding door. It was very awkward as i went with my sister and her boyfriend. With the way the mirror was set up, I could see him in the toilet from my bed. And you could hear it all too. This is my reason for 4 stars and not 5. Lol. I'd stay again though. The hotel room was very clean and updated nicely. The staff were very friendly and kind. They allowed me to cancel my last night stay and were very helpful.
