We were upgraded to a newly renovated room which was great however other patrons let the property down. There was vomit out the front door and patrons hanging around outside

The staff as always is amazing, the problem was the condition of the room, sink coming off the wall, carpet torn up, stunk like smoke.... and the list goes on.... if there was another room available the staff would have moved us but unfortunately there were no other rooms. It would have been nice if we would have been offered a discount or some form of compensation for the terrible room conditions, but oh well.

We just traveled through, it’s convenient and easy to sleep in and take off the other day. Our room is a little bit smelly, we spray some perfume to cover it. Other than that, price worthy and okay with stay.

When a disruptive guest was causing security and 911 to be called, the front desk clerk had no immediate assistance. The 'streaking' event lasted at 20-25 minutes before help arrived. The clerk should not have been put in that type of unsafe situation. Also the fire alarm was set off early the next morning which added to our frustration

The room was not clean. Musky smell went entering the room, multiple stains everywhere (including blood), a piece of fried chicken skin was left on the couch and there was no hot water.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good (except for the very bland French toast.) The hotel itself is outdated and in a crappy area with a lot of questionable people. They are undergoing renovations but we likely won’t give them another try in the future because there is no pool.

Our flight was delayed and when we called the property to ask about a very late arrival (3:30 am) the desk clerk was helpful and welcoming. He checked us in ahead of our arrival so we would not be penalized. The room was spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. The property is undergoing renovations, which are needed for upgrading, but overall this property was very comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful.

They are apparently about to start much needed renovations. The carpeting in the room was very dirty. The room had a lingering tobacco smell. The baseboard heater under the sink in the bathroom was very rusty. It was nice that the room was made up for my second night. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a pretty dumpy place right now.

THE PLACE IS RUN DOWN AND THE ROOM HAD A MUSTY SMOKY SMELL.HOLE IN THE WALLAS WELL AS VERY POOR TV CHANNEL SELECTION. ALSO KIDS RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLS LATE AT NIGHT.

It was okay - but it's being Renovated!
The check in was great, but the rooms are quite dated, which surprised us because the outside of the hotel looks nice. But they are totally renovating the 3rd floor, so...we had a main floor with a garden door. carpet had that musty smell. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean and comfy. Breakfast the next morning provided lots of hot an cold options - eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, bagels, muffins, juices, milk, coffee, teas, etc.

The security during the night didn’t do their job and the night clerk didn’t answer the front desk phone. There was a young man who was intoxicated was banging on a door and screaming/yelling with swearing and going up and down the hall. All security did was just stood there and watched him without saying and/or even to escort him out of the building. Calling the front desk about 3 times with no answer and here he was standing the security watching the young man. This was very unacceptable especially as a customer that need their rest for the next day of work/meetings. I totally regret that I booked there for my business travel. I tried to change my booking for the following night but was unable to do so, as only allowed just to change the name or room.
