Add said house was completely mine and my guests only. (I had no guests) Arrived to find 3 other people in the house also renting rooms. The bedroom door did not lock from the outside so what am I to do with valuables when I leave. (medication, etc.) The yelling and crying from the other people started around 2 am and continued till I opened my door at 2:30 am. I got up next morning and packed my things and left. I called the owner and told him everything and that I was checking out. He said he would kick the other people out and get me a refund. I called a week later and he said I didn't cancel it with VRBO so no refund...... Cannot find a number for Expedia or VRBO to talk with any humans... Extremely dissatisfied.
