After arriving from the airport exhausted, the front desk informed me that I needed a security deposit as I paid through Expedia on my credit card. That was not disclosed through Expedia. The hotel needed $350 deposit. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator and had to carry luggage up to second floor. If I wanted a room on first floor I had to pay an upgrade fee. I get through all these obstacles to finally relax in the bathtub to soak sore muscles and there was no tub stopper. Very very disappointed. Expedia shouldn’t even have this hotel as an option.

I shared with the manager the unfortunate experience of having to try to rest while some couple on the same floor was having some sort of what I can only describe as a domestic abuse episode for 2 hours in the middle of the night. The noise pollution could not be avoided even with ear plugs, the fan running in the bathroom near the hallway door, nor with a sound machine. As a patron it’s difficult to know what we can actually do in a situation like this. I was told the police were called but it takes hours for them to arrive. I’m wondering if in the hitel industry what the protocol is for events like this. Is it possible that hotels can and should have night time security that may be able to intervene in lieu of the delay in the arrival of the police? Other than this unfortunate situation the hotel was generally a well upkept facility with a nice breakfast, very friendly staff who actually showed genuine concern for our issue described above.

Beautiful room, clean and comfy. Unfortunately it was very noisy for most of the night, people talking and running in hallways until I gave up trying to sleep and left at 3:30 for the airport. Apparently the 10 pm quiet time was not applicable to this group of people. Too bad Comfort Inn, I won’t stay again despite how great the room was.

You get what you pay for. A less expensive hotel with less expensive amenities. No elevator to the second floor made carrying luggage up somewhat difficult. Will not stay here again.

The lady at the front was a tad bit annoying and rude. Never had a hotel ask for my postal code until she asked, waited outside in the cold because she decided to lock the door at 9pm on a weekday. 20 minutes after I checked in I was walking up the stairs and she asked if I’m staying here. So she might have short term memory loss
