We were on a birthday trip from Ontario for my sons birthday. This hotel sparked our interest because the pictures make the pool area look clean, fun and awesome for kids however the pictures of the hotel and pool are misleading. Very dirty, strong cigarette smell throughout hotel. We ended up checking out two hours after we checked in due to medical reasons. Specifically, my sons asthma was starting to flare up due to the cigarette odor.

Walked in and then walked out. Paid the night but left immediately would not be coming back. Front desk was nice. I went there with children we did not feel safe, and it smelled like cigarettes and old alcohol.

We had a mouse in our room. The pool area was great for the grandkids but the water was freezing. I stayed in the hot tub. Pool area was clean. Room seemed clean until we saw the mouse.

I booked the room.. checked in. But didn’t stay. There is a beer vendor and a bar attached. It’s bright around the hotel but I still didn’t feel ok to stay there by myself. I got another room at a different hotel. Took the money loss.

Room was clean and adequately furnished. Check in was fine as the front desk attendant was quick and friendly. The area feels sketchy and I made sure to bring the days shopping in to my room. The hotel layout is inconvenient with poor signage and narrow steps up to the wing with my room. There was poor sound insulation between rooms and I could hear yelling throughout the night from multiple rooms. The bed was hard and lumpy but clean. The room had a sewer gas odour, not overpowering and I accustomed to it but it was noticeable when I entered. Did not try the pool but looked clean and fun.

No breakfast is served even though i selected a breakfast option. They only give you a cup of coffee and a toast. Also, some weirdos are always standing by the entrance door. Kids crying and jumping around the lobby. The rooms are not bad at all.
