The room was humid, bedding and flooring felt damp. The bathroom was tiny, the toilet moved when you sat down and banged loudly against the wall when you stood up. The hotel is very outdated. Next time I will spend the extra money to stay somewhere nicer.

Cleanliness was good, and friendly staff. The only complaint I have is that the ice machines don’t always work! Everytime I have stayed in one the ice machine on the floor I’m on is out of service and you have to go to another floor to get, it’s most annoying!!!

This property is old and tired. It has a lot of signage indicating non-smoking, but there is a strong smoke smell around the building. The room appeared clean, bathroom and bedding was fine but it was definitely not vacuumed since the last guest. We found nail clippings and hair on our floor which was very unappealing. This hotel could benefit from some updates and renovations. The bathroom needs more towel racks or hooks and everywhere needs better ventilation.

Everything was amazing for our stay, one think is the pool needs to be watched a bit better, there was people smpking vapes in there while my children were swimming, i just took them out and made staff aware

The room was not well ventilated as it was very hot even with the fan air conditioner on full blast. There were no blinds to cover the windows as it was the main floor and as such, no privacy as the windows could not be opened. We had people smoking beside our window, the room had to always be dark because of that.
