Hotel lobby and pool was great, staff was very friendly. The room however was very dark and dated, half the lights didn't work or were broken off of the wall, and there were large garbage bins in the hallways with water from dehumidifiers. We were sent to this hotel from another Canadinns because the first one was doing renovations, and seemed this one needed it as well.

I was on the 2nd floor on the pool side. I has issues with the air conditioner. It wasn't cooling the room and it shuts itself off, I had to drop the temp down in order for it to work. There humidity in the room and it made everything damp in the room

Affordable during a concert weekend but….
Hotel is clean but dated. Stayed on the second floor and the hallways had a number of industrial humidifiers machines running 24/7. Carpet on second floor is dirty looking and dated. Hallway very musty. Room was clean but carpet could use a cleaning or replacement. Had gone to a concert and went to Tavern United at the hotel for a drink upon return. Staff very friendly and good drink specials. Watched UFC pay per view fights and noticed red streaks on the comforter at the end of the bed. Maybe blood? Anyways tired and it was late and wasn’t sleeping on top of the comforter so waited until checking out to inform the front desk. They stated that the house keeping manager was not in but they wrote my concerns down and would let the manager know. Will see if and the kind of response to determine if I stay here again. Convenient location to get to downtown and to shopping. We did have a window to the pool area which we did not use though. Construction going on the road on the north side of hotel so no access to the parking lot from Adamar Road right now. Had to do a u turn and return to Pembina and access hotel from Plaza Drive. Will see if I get a response

We stayed in a room with blinds, no curtains. Some of the blinds were damaged . Our room was level with the roof of the building. If people were working on the roof they could look into our room. Also when we were leaving the male at the front desk couldn’t keep his eyes off of my spouse. He literally followed her with his eyes from the time he first seen her until we walked out of the hotel. Unreal.

The systems were down and it took until 7:30 before we were able to check in. The thermostat in our room was broken and the heat kept rising until we got somebody to fix it. The bed was very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel

The only thing is there was no continental breakfast. Yes, they offer a decent price on a breakfast, but for the price of your room you should get a free breakfast. Other then that I have no complaints about the hotel itself.

The hotel is starting to show its age and is due for a facelift. The fan in our room was permanently on and the switch had been deactivated so it ran all day and night long. The halls had very obvious sign of moisture and had giant humidifiers run all day and night. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Because of the conditions upon arrival (intense smell of urine in room, dampness/dehumidifiers in the hall, stains on carpets) we did not stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was helpful and expedia refunded my booking, so I was happy with the help provided.
