A disappointment.
Checkin staff were rude, room had dirty towels that may have been bloodstained, towel rail came off the wall, TV didn’t work, waffle maker was switched off & unavailable. Stayed here before & enjoyed it. Standards have slipped.

The staff was the friendliest hotel staff I have ever come across, made us feel very welcome and we appreciated that! Our stay was great, and the provided breakfast was top notch! We will definitely be back if we are in the area again.

We had an overall good stay. Front desk lady was super friendly. Everything was as expected but, a bit dated. Our room was musty smelling. The parking lot is very lit up at night and we felt safe. We were on the first floor and the people upstairs from us were really loud around 3am, sounded like moving furniture?? They woke us up about 5 times throughout the night. We didn’t say anything to staff as it wasn’t constant but, every so often. Anyway, we chose to check out a day early so we could head home and get better sleep. No restaurant or bar options. We didn’t use pool/hot tub but it looked nice and clean. Convenient area for restaurants and shopping.
