The staff was extremely helpful. I ask where the ice was and the maintenance man got me some from the kitchen because the ice machine was out of service. There are two great restaurants in the hotel.

Cleaning lady was nice and busy. Front desk was locked could not check in. Wi-Fi didn't work or the room was so they had to move us to another room. Poor planning on their part because they knew that room did not have Wi-Fi.

Property is old and run down. Every aspect is worn and well used. Interestingly, our carpet had been spot cleaned before we arrived and the whole room smelled overpoweringly of rug shampoo. What happened??

The staff was very nice and helpful. We requested an additional chair and they brought it quickly We didn’t like that the smell of smoke right outside our door was very noticeable and unpleasant.

Old but nice
Nice, older motel. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, single story with parking outside the door. So high marks for that. It was a short walk to a nice restaurant for breakfast. We had no interaction with the staff except at check-in. We did mark down on eco- friendly because it wasn’t well insulated so we need to keep the AC on most of the night.

The property was quiet, safe and clean, my three criteria as a solo traveler. Its location was off of the main road, offered a welcome patch of area for dogs to potty. Although an older property, the unit was very clean.

It reminded me of motels where I stayed traveling as a child. That's a plus for me. Nice tiled shower and bath instead of plastic like most. The bed was a bit bouncy but it didn't bother me. Very friendly host. The Taj it's not, but a quaint, quiet, safe motel it is.

We've stayed at Town House a half dozen times over the years. It's an older motel, but well-maintained. And the price is a bargain. We'll probably stay here whenever overnighting in Winnemucca.

These aren’t really hotel rooms. They are more for extended stays with a full sized refrigerator a couple of stovetop burners, microwave but no coffee maker, but you can rent one at the check in desk.

I have been staying at the Townhouse Motel off and on for years, as I grew up in Winnemucca. Generally the property is quiet and comfortable. The room is comfortable and quiet, although dated. The bathroom is cramped and awkward. The shower is very small and I found the provided body wash to be of no use.

Coffee Maker was not working properly and tray had not been cleaned. Other areas were clean. Faucet handles hard to use. Need replaced with different style. For a one night stay it was OK.
