The front desk staff was efficient, friendly, and pleasant. Very quick and a ready smile. The room was very clean and well appointed. The whole hotel seems to have had a recent makeover as the carpet was new and everything was freshly painted. Loved the doors! The only detraction is the casino smoke. It’s not heavy as they seemed to have a good filtration system.

The property was old and needs updating but, the beds were extremely comfortable. The best part of the hotel in all areas: hotel, casino and restaurant was the staff. Very professional and very attentive!

Better than expected
The front desk staff was so nice and welcoming when we arrived. I was nervous because of the reviews I had read prior to our arrival, but friends had recommended we stay here so we did. The hotel has new carpet and is very clean. You can smell smoke in the hallways from the casino, but it didn’t come into our room at all. My only complaint was that we were 4 adults in a 3 bed suite and they apparently only do stay-overs every 3 days so the second day we were there we had to call for towels at 11pm when we got back to the room and realized they hadn’t come in to empty the trash or replace towels. Other than that, our stay was excellent!
