Quality of the bathrooms very poor, we had to track cleaning staff down after two days and ask to have our room cleaned and have some towels and the location is in very unsafe part of Windsor. Would not stay here again.

It was incredibly noisy. The walls were so thin that we could hear the TV in the adjoing room and also hear other guests talking. Noise in the hallways. We did not rest at all.
