Went there for the pool. Too small and too cold. Didnt know the eating area was closed for renos. The make shift eating room was trash. Food was good tho. Wont go back due to the misleading stuff and consequential unknown expectations.

Overall it’s my hotel of choice to stay at in Windsor. Is it amazing? No. But it’s decent and relatively affordable. Rooms was nice and comfy and clean, pool area was run down but good enough. Locations gives a lot of street noise which sucks for sleeping - pillows were absolutely horrifying but bed was nice and comfy.

The room was very clean. Beds are super comfortable. The pool was great, it’s heated. There’s also a hot tub which was an added plus. Breakfast was great too. Definitely will stay here again.

Beds are terrible
The beds were so uncomfortable, had to lay sideways and got 3 hrs sleep a nite. Hotel was full so couldn’t switch rooms. If we stayed any longer we would have moved to the new Hyatt place down the street.
