The cottage has an open living space with views of the lake from the living room and kitchen. Both bedrooms are on the main floor with full beds. There is also a loft with 2 twin beds. A nice-sized flat lot with a fire pit near the water. Shallow entry is great for swimming. Also enjoy the 2 kayaks provide. (GUEST BRING THEIR OWN LIFE JACKETS) DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE

Sweet lakeside getaway
Boomfish Cottage is a cozy place with everything you could need . It was clean , comfy and serene . It provided the perfect calm for us during a weekend long family wedding at nearby Caswell Flower Farm . It was also easy access for an older person ( me) as well as small children and my little ShihTzu rescue dogs . My granddaughters came by and loved catching minnows in the still warm lake. Extra bonus was enjoying the peak foliage at the lake . Eric , the property manager was very communicative and check in was easy. We all loved our stay and also the story about Boomer the dog catching pinecones instead of fish ! Lovely stay and hope to return. Thank you !
