I booked a suite with 2 queen beds for 4 nights. What I got however was a very small room without a table to eat at. I got double beds instead of queen beds. The room was so tight that there wasnt enough room to go into the beds from both sides. Tried in 3 separate occasions to speak to the manager. The manager was never around. I left my email and cell phone number expecting a return call or message Did not get one. The entire hotel smelled horribly of curry. Would never stay there again

The TownePlace Suites location slowly became one of my favorite locations to stay in the Delaware area. Great amenities, staff, not too far out of the way in terms of navigation! To me, it's impossible to dislike anything here!

Housekeeping was never sent after requested, the bathroom wasn’t clean and had dried boogers on the wall as well as obvious water damage. Breakfast was inedible and the hall’s continued to smell of pot to the point it could be smelled in our room. And to top it off, they charge children as adults

It is an ok hotel. The rooms are rather dated and it has a dark/poorly lit entrance/driveway. It was really convenient off the highway just entering Delaware.
