I liked the friendly staff and grab & go breakfast. I didn’t like the cleanliness of bathroom in the room. It looked way old and I saw a cockroach in there.

The room was fine with multiple channels on TV, spacious area, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Disappointed that pool is outside and not in season. Disappointed that continental breakfast lacked quality and was not stocked up with supplies. No cooking spray for waffle maker so waffles stuck to equipment. A 4 oz of juice wasn't sufficient for an adult.

Worst stay ever!
The accommodations were terrible! The room smelled like ammonia and there were roaches in the room. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and was also dirty. The refrigerator smelled and was broken. Very outdated and unkept. The exterior was not maintained and the garbage was overflowing probably causing the roaches. Never again!

Upon my arrival, staff was pleasant and could answer the questions I had. This was after waiting 15 minutes to be able to check in. When I got to my room, the main light in the room did not come on. Then I went to check the bathroom room and it looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. There were stains on the toilet seat, dirt/debris caked to the floor, and various bug crawling in the tub and the walls. I could not stay in the room and had to find other accommodations for myself. I do not reccomend this location for anyone to stay.

The worst
It was the tiniest hotel room I've ever stayed at in my entire life. It was old and not well kept. It was supposed to be a deluxe queen suite but nothing deluxe about it. I was absolutely disappointed and not happy about the misconception of what I thought by the description and what it actually was. The bathroom door would close because it was hitting the sink the wallpaper was peeling around the room the chairs had nasty stains on them. It was overall the worst place I've ever stayed . And I've never ever seen a hotel room like this in my life.

The registration area was very nice with a grand piano, quiet music, and a "log fire" on the TV screen. We were warned by another guest, "The coffee is good but you might want to go out for breakfast." She was right. The waffle maker stuck so waffles didn't really work. The bathtub looked like the drain had been painted over.
