The white lady, Abigail, who was brought over to assist was RUDE! I was trying to ask questions and she cut me off..acting like I was wrong and she didn’t take it a step further to see that I had used a. 3rd party. Another lady came up and took care of it.

My husband and I was arriving late and the hotel made accommodations for us to still check-in. The hotel was nice and clean. The only thing I noticed was the shower did not stay hot very long. Overall, recommend the hotel.
