There were burns of some sort on the carpet and what appeared to be blood on the carpet and also smeared on the door frame between sitting area and the bathroom. The sound from a/c fan was deafening. I thought a train was headed toward the room .

Very good hotel stay in Wilmington Riverfront area
Recently stayed at this hotel for a quick 1 night stop in DE. The room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was substantial and tasty. Parking was plentiful. Offers a bar and lounge, indoor and outdoor seating, and a business center. Women working front desk were friendly and made an early check-in available without delay. Loved the walkability to the riverfront area.
